Customer Service

All of our operations including customer service, production and design are handled from our North West location within the United Kingdom. Should you have any queries with regards to new orders, press or media enquiries please get in touch at info@bylinusjoe.co.uk and we will aim to return to your query within 24 hours. 

If you have made an order and your item has not been received within the delivery window you opted for, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team at info@bylinusjoe.co.uk and we will aid in getting your product directly to you as quickly as possible.

Returns

 For returns/ exchanges please email info@bylinusjoe.co.uk.

 

Exchanges / Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Items must be in the same condition you received them in.

Please note, we consider the packaging as part of the product, so returns must include all original packaging to be accepted.

 

Please note, all returns must be will only be accepted if product is in the same condition it was received in, including all packaging. 

Shipping

All parcels will be shipped within 1-2 days and aim to be received by the customer within 3-4 working days from purchase. 

For international orders we aim for items to be with you within 5 working days, however, this is subject to local customs.
